I have purchased 1GB and 4GB in the past from Amazon. Both were Quality products and arrived in a timely manner. I purchased the 8GB on 17 December… it is now 12 January and I still don’t have the product. I would have to say BUY NOW INCORPORATED, the seller and shipper of the card, has the worst customer service and support I have had to deal with to date! I am hopeing my case is the exception!!!!
The first micro SD card I received from Amazon was faulty. I contacted both Kingston and Amazon. Amazon replied and replaced it immediately via 2 day shipping. Kingston did not respond at all, I was disappointed with Kingston after sale support. I normally buy SanDisk for CF and SD card and never had problem with their cards. Learn a lesson and stick to the best product – SanDisk.
I think this is the best memory kit in the market… and the price is too low…
